We are pleased to announce that in late 2023, Shaine Meulmester joined Dodson & Flinker as an Associate Planner. Having worked previously as both a landscape designer and planner, she brings experience working on projects ranging from site-sensitive residential landscape design in coastal California to environmental permitting for large-scale infrastructure projects. Shaine holds an M.S. in Ecological Design from the Conway School of Landscape Design and a B.A. in Film & Media Studies from Stanford University.
Since joining our team, Shaine has contributed to the development of Open Space and Recreation Plans, downtown design standards, and form-based codes. Shaine approaches her work with a strong commitment to enhancing human quality of life while protecting and celebrating the broader landscape. She is excited to grow her abilities as a community planner with Dodson & Flinker.
