Presented for a Master Plan for growth in Albemarle County, the area surrounding Charlottesville, Virginia. This plan was based on a two year community-based planning effort that produced a convincing model of “neighborhood” development to allow rural areas to stay rural while creating development areas that are more livable and attractive for residents.
