Over 50% of this wooded hillside property was preserved through the development of a dozen carefully located homes. Dodson & Flinker developed designs and working drawings for roadways, parking, lot layout, conservation areas, clearing of scenic vistas and other features of the project. In spite of the recent real estate market collapse, this project has proven to be highly successful from both a marketing and a design standpoint. Dodson & Flinker also developed designs and construction drawings for several residences in the development and coordinated with architects such as William Rawn who designed homes for the project.
