Since 2019, Dodson & Flinker has been working for the Sippican Historical Society to design park improvements for Bicentennial Park in Marion, MA. The project provides a gathering space and sculpture commemorating the life and works of local benefactress Elizabeth Taber. Dodson & Flinker’s design consists of a new stabilized stone dust path and gathering area with radial granite and wood benches. The design was developed in close collaboration with sculptor Erik Durant, local landscape designer Susannah Davis, who provided planting design, and Francisco Tavares, landscape contractor. The statue has been unveiled and is now open to the public.
